Frankie Robinson

My path began in education, driven by an early passion for helping people recognize and achieve their own potential. Over the years, that foundation grew into a global career spanning teaching, front-end development, instructional design, and corporate leadership. I’ve led cross-functional design teams, partnered with executives to align leadership programs with business strategy, and built innovative content libraries and frameworks to scale learning across organizations. Drawing on both technical expertise and learning design, I’ve created public-facing content for the AWS Cloud Institute, reimagined conference experiences for ATD Greater Atlanta, and designed coaching and leadership frameworks that connect directly to organizational performance. At every step, I’ve been motivated by the same passion: helping individuals grow while enabling organizations full of talented people to achieve their highest potential.
