A facilitator, coach, and learning manager, with nearly 25 years of helping people learn, Mike is currently a Principal at thoughtLEADERS, LLC and sr4 Partners. He has extensive experience with delivery and facilitation, informal and formal training, one-on-one coaching, and virtual learning. Mike delivers training on everything from professional and communications skills to problem-solving and the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
