My career has spanned leadership roles, including Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Leo Burnett and Publicis Creative agencies, where I combined facilitation expertise with data-driven insights to support business growth. Before that, I helped launch Publicis Groupe’s first centralized learning platform and managed strategic accounts at Performics, partnering with high-profile clients like Johnson & Johnson and Toyota.
As a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) and a psychology graduate of Cornell College, I’m deeply committed to lifelong learning, fostering innovation, and building strong relationships.
