Robotic Processing Automation (RPA)

Robotic Processing Automation (RPA)

What is Robotic Processing Automation or RPA? RPA is essentially defined as the automation of clerical work and can be used to assist organizations in a wide variety of jobs, including administrative roles in the insurance, financial services and HR sectors and functions.

John O’Rourke, program manager, change leader, and process improvement professional explains RPA in his recent webinar that TrainingPros and Harrisburg University hosted – OMG, I’ve been replaced by a BOT! The webinar covers the purpose of RPA and how it affects organizations, employees and current business processes. In addition, John also answers this question – why do businesses need to implement RPA? Although there may be several reasons, the three main factors that are addressed are quality, delivery and cost.

If you missed our webinar, we hope you’ll take a few minutes to skim the recording to gain deeper knowledge of RPA and its purpose. If you’re looking for more learning & development content, you can view all our past Learning Views webinars on the TrainingPros website. We currently have two webinars scheduled for later this year on the topics Interview Success and Career Lessons.
