Susan Sheehan is a highly experienced business and learning professional with 35 years of leadership in Marketing, Sales, Client Relations, Training and Banking. This is complemented by both a Psychology/Education undergraduate degree and an advanced degree in Applied Behavioral Science – organizational development and training. Throughout her career Susan’s constant has been her commitment to the development of talent and its direct impact on the bottom-line. Accountability, integrity and learning are her areas of focus for the corporate client and their associates. Having had hands-on experience through three corporate acquisitions, she is also well equipped in the areas of culture change, diversity, employee retention, motivation and training during tough times.
