about me
I’ve been in the L&D world since 1992 serving in various roles and continuing my education. I’ve also been serving the Greater Atlanta ATD Chapter as a volunteer off and on since 2003. Here is a quick summary of my background:
- 32 years of experience in instructional design, project management, performance consulting, eLearning, and facilitation
- Specialist in Blended Learning solutions design
- Held roles as a National Trainer, Instructional Writer, Training Project Manager, Performance Technologist and Performance Development Manager
- Worked in the following industry sectors: Healthcare, Software Development, Homeland Security, Government, Finance and various Service Industries
- Founded an eLearning tool company in 2007
- 17 years in L&D staffing at TrainingPros
